HIGH TEMPERATURES

Temperatures around 90° C require special hardware. No „normal“ door fitting can compensate for these heat levels in the long run: The coating as well as the technical parts inside the hinge, have to withstand those tempertures.

COATING & INNER PARTS

In order to prevent a fitting from being damaged by the high temperatures, we only use heat-resistant materials for our sauna door fittings – for both the coating and the inner part.

FREQUENT USE

Especially in a public sauna, the door fittings are often moved. Due to the constant opening and closing of the door much earlier signs of wear and tear develop on the fitting.

HIGH TEST CYCLES

We want to ensure that our sauna door fittings show a consistent performance even with regularly high usage. On request we can test our fittings up to more than 1,000,000 cycles.
